Home & Property Checks
Peace of Mind and Meeting Insurance or Condominium requirements while you are away from home.
Home & Property checks are visits to check on primary or secondary homes, condos, townhouses and even Airbnb units, to make sure there are no obvious issues and that all is well.

If any irregularities are found the appropriate pre-approved services are called to coordinate solutions as instructed by the home owner. If repairs or professional services are required all work will be overseen as per the homeowners directions.

Checks include complete walk throughs of the house and property, inspecting areas for water or weather damage or perhaps unwanted visitors or intrusions. Lights can be turned on and off and all mail and packages brought inside to give the appearance that someone is home.
A detailed report is provided after each visit so you know what's happening at home while you are away.

Because each home and clients' needs are different, each visit includes as many tasks as can be completed in a 45 minute visit. If you have a smaller home, plant care could be included in the basic per visit rate. If you have a large home and all tasks require more than 45 minutes to complete, additional time will be charged at the rate of $20/hour. Efficiency & Multitasking are keystone to the services provided while you're away.

Kitchen Area
Visual check for water problems under the sink, ensure fridge and freezer are working correctly and identify and rectify any unusual smells in needed.
Heating & Temperature Check
Monitor the indoor environment and temperature noticing any fluctuations or issues as well as check furnace, electrical systems and hot water heater are operating as they should.
Bathroom Areas
Operate all fixtures in the bathroom to ensure water flow and inspect under sinks for obvious signs of issues. All bathrooms, wet bars or kitchenettes within the home will be inspected.
Windows & Doors
Ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked as well as looking for signs of damage from the elements or obvious signs of tampering.
Outside - Garage - Fences
A walk around the property looking for any obvious signs of damage or tampering to fences, sheds or garages and an exterior inspection of the home's perimeter for weather damage or drainage issues.
Mail - Packages - Notices
Packages and mail are taken inside for safety from both the elements or theft. Any notices for the neighborhood or for package pick up are relayed to you immediately so you don't miss a thing!
